GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RENTAL – NO LIMIT
Article 1 – Purpose and Acceptance
These General Terms and Conditions govern all reservations and stays at the private suite "No Limit." Any reservation constitutes unconditional acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.
No Limit is a private establishment intended for an adult clientele seeking discretion, comfort, and mutual respect. Access to the establishment is strictly reserved for persons aged 18 years or over.
Article 2 – Reservation and Payment
The guest agrees to pay a security deposit in advance, providing the owner with financial security in the event of damage to the accommodation.
A reservation becomes final only after receipt of the required payment and the reservation confirmation issued by the owner.
Reservations made on behalf of a third party are not permitted. The person making the reservation must be present throughout the stay and must be one of the occupants.
Article 3 – Identification of Guests
The owner reserves the right to request, before arrival or at any time during the stay, the presentation of a valid official identity document.
The name shown on the identity document must match the name provided during the reservation as well as the holder of the payment method used.
Failure to present a valid identity document, providing false information, or any attempt at identity fraud may result in cancellation of the reservation or immediate termination of the stay, without refund or possibility of rescheduling.
Article 4 – Check-in and Check-out
The standard schedule is as follows:
Check-in: from 6:00 p.m.
Check-out: no later than 10:00 a.m.
Early check-in or late check-out may be granted subject to availability and will incur an additional charge of €27 per hour or part thereof.
Any request must be made in advance and approved by the owner.
Any unauthorized late departure may result in additional charges.
Article 5 – Self Check-in
Access codes, digital keys, or any other access credentials provided to the guest are strictly personal and confidential. Sharing them with third parties is prohibited.
Any fraudulent use or unauthorized disclosure may result in immediate deactivation of access, termination of the stay without refund, and forfeiture of all or part of the security deposit.
Article 6 – Maximum Occupancy
The maximum occupancy of the suite is limited to four (4) guests.
Under no circumstances may the number of people present in the property exceed this limit, even temporarily.
The owner reserves the right to carry out any necessary verification in case of doubt.
Article 7 – Pets
Pets are not permitted in the establishment, regardless of their size or species.
The presence of any animal may result in additional cleaning fees, partial or total forfeiture of the security deposit, and immediate termination of the stay without refund.
Article 8 – Use of the Property
The No Limit suite is intended exclusively for private use.
The guest agrees to respect the property and comply with the rules and conditions established by the owner. The guest undertakes to return the property in the same condition as it was upon arrival.
Use of the premises is strictly private.
The following are strictly prohibited:
Unauthorized parties or gatherings;
Professional or commercial activities;
Commercial filming without prior authorization;
Prostitution, escorting, or similar activities;
Illegal activities;
The use, possession, or trafficking of illegal drugs;
Any activity likely to disturb the neighborhood or damage the reputation of the establishment.
Guests must respect peace, quiet, and discretion at all times, particularly between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
Article 9 – No Smoking Policy
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the establishment.
This prohibition includes, but is not limited to:
Cigarettes;
Cigars;
Cigarillos;
Electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes);
Vaping devices;
Hookahs (shishas);
Any other product producing smoke or vapor.
Guests must use the designated outdoor smoking areas while respecting the neighborhood.
Any costs related to deodorizing, deep cleaning, replacement of linens, or restoration of the premises resulting from a breach of this rule will be charged to the responsible guest and may be deducted from the security deposit.
Article 10 – Hot Tub and Facilities
All facilities and equipment provided must be used only for their intended purpose.
Upon payment or 25€, the suite includes a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, cooktop,kitchen hood,oven, and coffee machine. The bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer.
A washing machine and tumble dryer are available for guests staying for a minimum of three consecutive nights.
The hot tub is used entirely at the occupants' own risk.
Guests agree to follow all instructions provided within the property regarding the use of the facilities.
The owner accepts no liability for any accident, injury, or damage resulting from improper use of the equipment.
Article 11 – Video Surveillance
For security purposes, property protection, and verification of compliance with these Terms and Conditions, surveillance cameras are installed exclusively in the outdoor areas of the property.
No cameras are installed inside the suite or within any private indoor areas.
Recordings may be viewed only in the event of an incident, property damage, breach of these Terms and Conditions, or upon request by the competent authorities.
Article 12 – Personal Data Protection
Personal data collected in connection with the performance of this agreement, including through the video surveillance system installed around the exterior of the property, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR), the Belgian Act of 30 July 2018 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, and the Belgian Act of 21 March 2007 governing the installation and use of surveillance cameras.
1. Purpose and Legal Basis
Personal data are processed solely to verify compliance with the contractual occupancy limit of a maximum of four (4) guests through a video surveillance system monitoring only the private outdoor areas of the property.
The legal basis for this processing is the performance of the accommodation contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and the legitimate interest of the Data Controller in ensuring compliance with the contractual terms (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
3. Camera Registration
In accordance with the Belgian Act of 21 March 2007 governing surveillance cameras, the surveillance system is registered with the Belgian police via the electronic platform before being put into service.
Any subsequent modification of the system will also be declared.
4. Data Collected
Only video images are recorded.
No audio is recorded.
5. Recipients of the Data
The recordings may only be accessed by the Data Controller.
They will not be disclosed to third parties except where required by judicial or police authorities in accordance with applicable law.
6. Retention Period
Recordings are retained for a maximum period of one month and are then automatically deleted.
Where recordings are required as evidence of an offence, damage, or legal dispute, they may be retained until the conclusion of the relevant proceedings.
7. Information for Individuals
A surveillance camera notice complying with Belgian legal requirements is displayed at the entrance to the property.
It informs visitors of the existence of the surveillance system, the identity of the Data Controller, contact details, and where the complete privacy policy may be consulted.
8. Rights of Data Subjects
Any person recorded has the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and objection, subject to the conditions laid down by the GDPR and Belgian legislation.
Access to recorded images may be limited where necessary to protect the privacy of other persons appearing in the recordings.
Requests must be submitted in writing with sufficient information to identify the relevant recordings.
Complaints may also be lodged with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
9. Record of Processing Activities
The Data Controller maintains a record of video processing activities, which may be made available upon request to the police authorities or the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
Article 13 – Security Deposit
A €500 security deposit is requested separately from the stay price and must be paid by bank transfer before arrival, according to the instructions provided by No Limit.
The security deposit covers, in particular:
Compliance with these Terms and Conditions;
Any damage;
Exceptional cleaning costs;
Loss of or damage to equipment;
Any costs resulting from failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
The deposit will be refunded after inspection of the property by the cleaning staff, within a maximum period of two weeks following the end of the stay.
The owner reserves the right to retain all or part of the security deposit according to the damage or costs incurred.
Article 14 – Cleaning and Condition of the Property
The accommodation must be returned in a reasonably clean and tidy condition.
Additional charges may apply for exceptional cleaning, damage, or any special restoration work.
Any damage to furniture, equipment, or installations will be charged to the responsible guest.
Article 15 – Immediate Termination of the Stay
The owner may immediately terminate the stay, without prior notice, refund, or rescheduling, in particular in the following cases:
More than four occupants present;
Prostitution, escorting, or similar activities;
Unauthorized parties;
Smoking or vaping inside the property;
Presence of pets;
Use or possession of illegal drugs;
Intentional damage to the property;
Sharing access codes with third parties;
Serious breach of these Terms and Conditions;
Any illegal activity or conduct contrary to public order.
Guests must leave the premises immediately upon request by the owner or the owner's representative.
No refund, compensation, or alternative stay will be granted.
Article 16 – Liability
The person who made the reservation is responsible for all occupants staying at the property.
They shall be liable for any damage, nuisance, deterioration, or breach of these Terms and Conditions caused by themselves or by any person they have authorized to access the property.
Any damage exceeding the amount of the security deposit will be invoiced separately.
Article 17 – Forgotten Items
The owner cannot be held liable for any personal belongings left behind on the premises.
Any items found will be kept for a maximum period of thirty (30) days.
If requested by the guest, such items may be returned at the guest's expense.
After this period, any unclaimed items may be disposed of or donated without further notice.
Article 18 – Privacy and Confidentiality
No Limit is committed to ensuring the highest level of discretion and privacy for its guests.
Access to the suite is fully autonomous and confidential.
No member of staff will enter the suite during the stay unless expressly requested by the guest, required for technical reasons, in the event of an emergency, or for safety purposes.
All information provided during the reservation process is treated confidentially and in accordance with the applicable data protection legislation.
Article 19 – Parking
A parking space is provided for guests solely as a convenience and does not constitute a deposit or a vehicle custody service.
Vehicles are parked entirely at the owner's or user's own risk.
The presence of outdoor security cameras does not constitute a vehicle guarding or surveillance service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the owner accepts no liability for theft, attempted theft, vandalism, fire, accidents, property damage, personal injury, or the loss of or damage to any items left inside vehicles.
Guests are responsible for ensuring that their vehicles are locked and that no valuables are left in plain sight.
This limitation of liability applies to the fullest extent permitted by Belgian law and does not affect any mandatory consumer rights.
Article 20 – Cancellation and Modification of Reservations
All reservations become firm and final once confirmed by the guest and accepted by the establishment.
Unless expressly stated otherwise at the time of booking, cancellations, modifications, or reductions in the length of stay do not entitle the guest to any refund, whether full or partial.
In the event of a no-show, late arrival, or early departure, the full amount of the reservation remains payable.
In accordance with the legislation applicable to accommodation services provided for a specific date or period, guests do not benefit from a statutory right of withdrawal once the reservation has been confirmed.
Article 21 – Contact
For any questions regarding a reservation or a stay, guests may contact the establishment using the contact details provided on the website or in their booking confirmation.
Article 22 – Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article VI.53, 12° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation services provided for a specific date or period.
Article 23 – Disputes
Any complaint relating to the performance of this agreement may be submitted directly to No Limit.
If no amicable solution is reached within a reasonable period, the guest may submit a request for alternative dispute resolution to the Consumer Mediation Service, Boulevard du Roi Albert II 8 Box 1, 1000 Brussels, Belgium (www.mediationconsommateur.be – Tel. +32 (0)2 702 52 20).
The Consumer Mediation Service will either handle the complaint itself or refer it to the competent accredited dispute resolution body.
This procedure does not affect the guest's right to bring the matter before the competent courts.
Article 24 – Acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions
By confirming a reservation, the guest acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted these General Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
The guest agrees to comply with these Terms and Conditions throughout the entire duration of the stay.
